Monument, CO 80132
The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing the clinical/medical oversight of Mountain Springs Recovery’ Detoxification and Residential Programs. The Nurse Practitioner oversees and supervises the Director of Nursing and is responsible for the onsite medical staff which is made up of RN’s and LVN’s. This includes ensuring timely implementation, reporting, and documentation of a variety of functions including safety, quality improvement, and compliance standards. The Nurse Practitioner also performs direct services to clients including Initial Psych Evaluation, H&P Assessment, Detox Follow up Evaluation, Residential Follow up Evaluation and providing group therapies as needed. The Nurse Practitioner’s position is responsible for supervising/signing off on all behavioral health services administered by the medical team. The Nurse Practitioner will lead weekly supervision meetings with the Director of Nursing to provide information and education to ensure all services are delivered appropriately.
The Group Facilitator is responsible for assessing and monitoring client behavior within the Detoxification, Residential, and Therapeutic Programs. The Group Facilitator works in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure all services are being delivered to company standards, the Group Facilitator is responsible for documenting client behavior, group participation and BPS’s. The Group Facilitator will also be providing crisis management and education for the clients and family/significant others in a therapeutic milieu setting.
Behavioral Health Technician
The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for assessing client needs and monitoring behavior while at the program. Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for documenting activities of daily living, caring for clients, helping to coordinate treatment and executing daily programming. Behavioral Health Technicians also may assist counselors with crisis management, groups and education, as needed.
Licensed Practical Nurse
The LPN is responsible for providing the quality medical care within Mountain Springs Recovery’ Detoxification and Residential Programs. The LPN is responsible for the oversight of the onsite LPN’s and participates in the all nursing daily duties. This includes ensuring timely implementation of orders given, reporting of client needs, and documentation. The LPN will report on a variety of functions including safety, quality improvement needs, and compliance standards of daily client care. The LPN also performs direct services to clients including medication administration, education of prescribed medications, processing of labs, executes initial detox treatment plans under the supervision of the Director of Nursing or Registered Nurse if designated by the DON and group facilitation as needed. The LPN will also attend weekly meetings with the Director of Nursing to be provide information and education to ensure all services are delivered appropriately within each scope of practice.
The Therapist is responsible for assessing and monitoring client behavior while in treatment for chemical and alcohol abuse and dependency. In collaboration with the Clinical Director, the Therapist is responsible for documenting client behavior, group participation and counseling; caring for clients, and coordinating treatment and discharge planning. Therapists will also be providing crisis management, counseling, group therapies and education for the clients and family/significant others in therapeutic milieu setting.
